Job Description
In this challenging and exciting role you will be responsible for providing leadership, co-ordination and direction for three business units - Investment and Asset Management, Engineering Services, and Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance. Delivering a joined-up sustainable asset management programme that supports the maintenance and investment strategy, and the available financial resource. Delivering a quality services that satisfies agreed customer requirements and achieves high standards of customer focus and satisfaction.
You will have knowledge of current housing legislation and social issues impacting on service delivery, performance management systems and their implementation and finance & budgetary control.
This is a contract post for minimum of 3 months. Rate up to £500 per day.
