CDP Pastry / Sous Pastry – London City – £20k - £22k – Monday to Friday position 6 SHIFTS per week - Immediate start
We are a part of a large chain of upmarket restaurants located in the heart of London City, and currently looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry/Sous Pastry Chef.
This renowned restaurant has a 2/3AA Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant and a 3AA pushing *Michelin Restaurant.
The pastry department has 5/6 Pastry Chefs and we offer Monday to Friday shifts, sociable working hours, and we are part of a large International chain of Restaurants offering ongoing training and development sponsored and paid by us!!!
The ideal candidate will have a Pastry qualification and previous experience in a high quality kitchen in a similar role.
We offer
Salary of £20k - £22k per year
Overtime paid
2 Days off per week and 4 weeks paid holidays
