Chef de Partie – 5AA Rosette – 5* Deluxe Hotel – £21K – Immediate Start

We are a fine Dining, 4AA newly refurbished restaurant located in the City of London and now looking for a Chef de Partie willing to work along with a well known International Head Chef.

The ideal candidate will work with the finest ingredients and produce food to the highest standards.

Suitable applicants will have a qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in Food preparation & cooking and previous experience as a Chef de Partie in an up market and fine dining operation.

You will be fully paid although we are closed for Christmas – Easter – Bank Holidays and 2 weeks during the summer.

During the week we are closed on Sundays and ½ day on Saturday

In Return we will offer:
Minimum salary of £20/22K per year
7 shifts per week
Saturday Lunch closed, Sunday closed, plus 1 day off
