Chef de Partie Pastry – 5AA Rosette – 5* Deluxe Hotel – £21K – Immediate Start
This Fine Dining newly refurbished restaurant located in Holborn is now looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry willing to work along with a well known International Head Chef.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in food preparation & pastry and previous experience in a high quality kitchen in the pastry section. You will be able to work in the pastry section and ensure it operates in a well-organized and productive manner

Salary
£18,000 per year + £2,000 bonus
Conditions
7 shifts, Saturday Lunch closed, Sunday closed, plus 1 day off, 10/12 Chefs
