Job Description

Our major client is seeking senior level engineers for work on various projects. Current projects include high rise buildings, long span buildings, residential, commercial, education and sports stadia such as the Arsenal Football Club Stadium and Ascot Race Course, as well as other international projects.

Some of the Key Responsibilities will include:

Act as Job Leader and (in some circumstances) Project Leader.
Operate and competently work on an independent basis.
Manage single or multi-disciplinary projects
Communicate directly with Clients.
Prepare technical and financial proposals for new work.

Personal Requirements

Applicants should be Chartered or Incorporated Engineer. Or in some special cases, 6 years relevant work experience with either a Bachelors degree in Engineering (BEng) or Masters degree in Engineering (MEng) and working towards chartership.

Good IT Skills are also necessary, as well as good communication skills, experience in dealing with other employees and external clients. Applicants should also be proactive and have the ability to run projects successfully.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is £26-£33k p/a depending on experience. Benefits package including Profit Related Pay, 4 x Life Insurance, BUPA private health care, contributory Pension Scheme, 20 days leave (plus additional leave purchase scheme).
