Job Description

As an architectural practice who thrives on design, we are looking to recruit a part II architect who can add value to our team. We are a small company located in Hammersmith and can be easily accessed by rail or car. Our main projects are in the mixed use development sector and we have many prestigious projects on the go at the moment such as St.Peters Way which is a Hilton Hotel development consisting of 120 apartments and Wimberley West Project which is a 600 student unit and retail development.

The successful candidate will have:
· Experience within the architectural industry preferentially mixed
sector, but this is not necessary
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Be able to demonstrate their design flare
· Understanding of 3D Studio Max or Sketch Up is beneficial


The role will involve:
· Working on early stage design
· Producing working drawings for planning application
· Liaising with other architects and consultants
