Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit 3 Senior Quantity Surveyors / Contracts Administrators to work on one of the following projects:
1. Refurbishment of an existing hotel in Knightsbridge into an office. Category A fit- out worth £5.5m and the site is already up and running.
2. Refurbishment of office space in Holborn. 2 stages Design & Build worth £11.5m. Due to start work on site in April 2008.
3. Unused retail and industrial building to be refurbished to a high specification for a new retail park in Barnet, West London. 1 stage Design & Build project worth £5.5m. Due to start work on site early 2008.
