Job Description

This Fit-Out Construction Manager role is working on one of the most prestigious hotel projects currently being undertaken in London. This luxury hotel is located on park Lane and is undertaking a £62m refurb and extension with a high end fit-out.

The vacancy is for a Site / Construction manager to join a successful and experienced site based construction team and you will be reporting to the Contracts Manager based on site.

You will be responsible for overseeing the sub contractor who are due to commence the fit out of the penthouse suites. These are valued at £3m and will be completed over a 40 week program. This project is not only the biggest project my client has in the UK at present, but it also their most prestigious. They are already in negotiation for similar high end work on the back of this in the same area.

Successful applicants will have experience of the luxury fit-out market and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of this market either running projects up to £5m or working as a fit-out package manager on larger schemes.

This is a key role within the site team and will lead to good opportunities to progress in the future representing an exciting opportunity to work on an extremely prestigious job.
