Job Description
Our client is an internationally recognised engineering consultancy with a prominent presence in the Middle East.
Currently they are involved in a major container terminal project, and are looking for a Chief Resident Engineer and Marine Engineer to join their maritime team for a minimum of 2 years in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
As Chief Resident Engineer, you will lead a consultant construction supervision team on-site and manage the interface between the designer, contractor and employer.
The Marine Resident Engineer will be responsible for managing the designer/ contractor relationship for marine construction.
To qualify as a suitable applicant for the above roles:
» You will possess a degree in civil engineering and be a registered member of an internationally recognised professional institution.
» Have experience at managing similar projects
» Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
» Demonstrate a strong technical and managerial leadership
