Job Description

A well known maintenance company is looking for a Maintenance Electrician on a temp to perm basis. The role is city based working on some prominent London buildings.

My client has been involved in Maintenance as its core business for several years, they are now looking to expand their team in London.

As a maintenance Electrician you will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance, fault finding on electrical plant and general day to day duties in the building. There will be a small aspect of mechanical maintenance as well so good building services knowledge a must.

The main duties on site will be

PPM's
Reactive Maintenance
UPS Maintenance
Lighting
Fan Coil Units
VAV's
Single Phase
Three Phase
AHU's
Minor Fabric Tasks
Basic Mechanical works

This is a temp to perm role with good opportunity to progress through this busy contract.

Requirements.

City and Guilds parts 1 and 2 or equivalent
16th Edition would be an advantage
Experience in a high profile building services environment with a client-facing attitude.
Mechanical knowledge would be an Advantage
An ability to work without supervision, as well a part of a team.
Good communication skills, able to communicate with the client.
