Job Description

*Manage the Logistics element of the works reporting to a Project Manager and Construction Manager.
*To plan and co-ordinate with Site Managers and the Planning Manager the logistics for current and future phases of the development.
*Assist the Planning Manager in preparing documents concerning the phasing and sequencing of the works.
*Day to day responsibility for organizing the presentation and cleanliness of the site, to maintain the high standards.
*Co-ordinate with site managers the use of the multi-service contractor all in accordance with their scope of works which includes the following activities:
*General labourers for site presentation and welfare duties.
Hoist operators.
Traffic marshals.
Fire warden
Keyman.
Internal lift operators.
Forklift and driver.
Small tools and plant.
Materials.
Consumables for welfare and project office facilities.
Office cleaning.
Waste Management.
*Manage the enabling works associated with the alterations to the site entrances, traffic and pedestrian routes, associated signage, barriers and hoardings.
*Manage the installation and operation of a site access control system, including the use of a swipe card passes for personnel and vehicles.
*Preparation and management of the Site Traffic Plan along with all necessary reviews as the scheme progresses.
*Manage and co-ordinate the design, scheduling, ordering, installation and maintenance of site logistical packages for temporary water, plumbing, and electrical services.
*Manage and co-ordinate the scheduling, ordering, installation and maintenance of site logistical package
Experience working for a UK Top 20 company in the same role would be an advantage.
