Job Description

They currently require the skills of a Project / Construction Manager to oversee the £7m re-development of a major retail shopping centre.

Reporting directly to a visiting construction manager you will use your broad knowledge of construction to oversee 3 x Section Managers and 1 x Night Manager. These managers will be working on the extension of the store, making it 1/3 larger, the complete resurfacing of the carpark, and the refurbishment and rejuvenation of the internals of the store.

Role details:
- Monitor effective and safe operation of managers.
- Maintain project targets with respect to safety, programme and profit and maintain client relations
- Ensure the completion of a project within the agreed financial and time constraints through correct reporting systems
- Ensure the project is built to correct information through completion of documentation in line with company system & procedures.

Specific Experience Required:
To be considered for this role you must have retail construction experience, and hold a CSCS qualification. Preference will be given to those with First Aid and or 5-Day SMSTS qualifications.
