Job Description
Responsible for leading, motivating and managing Planners in the Development Control Planning and Enforcement team. Duties will include providing technical advice and support on planning investigations, responding promptly to complaints, process manager and complex planning applications including preparation of committee reports and attendance at public inquiry as an expert witness. Ideal candidates will have previous enforcement and development control experience, educated to degree level or equivalent and have excellent communication skills.
