Job Description
Planning Technician is required by a Local Authority based in Warwickshire. You will have a high level of performance, while primarily dealing with a personal caseload of householder and minor planning applications, there will also be opportunities to be involved with major development proposals and to assist in the preparation of appropriate supplementary planning documents. Knowledge of a planning environment would be beneficial but the post might suit someone who is about to embark on a planning career.
