Jnr Sous Chef – £22,000 – Hertfordshire 4*-room provided – Imm. start

We are a 4* Hotel with two 3AA/*Michelin Restaurant and a brand new upmarket Brasserie located 25 minutes away from the City of London.

Currently we are looking for a Jnr Sous Chef for our fine dining Restaurant for an immediate start.

You will be working closely with a professional and friendly brigade; shifts are flexible with your 2 days off per week.

The ideal candidate will be qualified and will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role or will be currently working as a Senior Chef de Partie and looking to move up in a new challenging position
