Sous Chef – £35,000 – Hertfordshire - 3AA/*Michelin – Renowned Establishment
We are a 4* Hotel with a 3AA/*Michelin Restaurant located 25 minutes away from the City of London.
Currently we are looking for a strong Sous Chef for our fine dining Restaurant.
You will be working closely with a professional, well known Executive Chef and will manage a friendly, hard-working brigade. Shifts are flexible with your 2 days off per week.
The ideal candidate will be qualified, Michelin background and will have at least 1 years of experience in a similar role or will be currently working as a Jnr Sous Chef and looking to move up in a new challenging position.
