Job Description

Provide a clinical service to patients, this will involve:
Individual and group based cognitive-behavioural assessments and interventions.
Supervision of colleagues in the multi disciplinary team where appropriate.
Taking a lead role in developing and maintaining the cognitive-interpersonal context/milieu.
Training other staff in the principles and practice of cognitive-behavioural therapy. Depending upon experience, the post holder may be asked to contribute to the wider strategic development of PD Services across .......... The post-holder will participate in individual and group clinical supervision as well as the Personality Disorder Service Sustainable Learning Programme.

DUTIES:
Contributes through collaboration with other disciplines to the delivery and development of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy(CBT) for patients within Rowan House PD Service
