A prestigious medium sized consultancy is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their mechanical and electrical engineering design team in Croydon. This is a consultancy that has won multiple RIBA awards, which reflect their high quality and reputation through out the building services industry. They have been commissioned to a range of projects including the £74 million pound Silwood residential estate, Fawood Children's Centre and various grade III listed offices and residential buildings. Due to the abundance of building services projects they are moving to brand new modern offices conveniently located in the centre of Croydon.

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer you will be:
• Producing detailed designs of lighting within buildings and the external environment including flood lighting of buildings, monuments and sports stadiums, power systems for all types of engineering processes, standby power systems, uninterruptible power supplies, generators, information communication technology systems, voice and data networks and Infrastructure.
• Conducting client meetings so as to ensure a positive outcome for all parties
• Liaising with contractors, directors and other Electrical and Mechanical engineers

To be successful as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, the following personal traits would be advantageous:
• Strong technical knowledge of Cymap and/or DIALUX as well as an understanding of AutoCAD
• Take pride in providing high quality work on time
• Strong client facing skills and the ability to keep clients happy so as to attract future/repeat business
• Supervisory/management skills
