Civils Supervisor with Contracts Manager aspirations required for busy Civils contractor with a growing Civils Term Maintenance Contract portfolio. The annual budget for this sector is £4m for 2008 and further work is currently being secured locally.

The Role involves supervising, motivating and encouraging the Contractor’s directly employed labour force as they carry out the full range of works in the Civils Term Maintenance sector. You will also be expected to be able to organise some invoicing for the works based on agreed rates.

Location. Based near the company’s Twickenham office, the bulk of your work will be within a 15 mile radius. The work is generally based on a 45 hour week working from Monday to Friday.

Requirement. The ideal candidate for this role will be one with loads of drive and enthusiasm, a desire to provide high quality workmanship and finishes, with a pro-active and positive towards Health & Safety. You must possess a current and valid driving licence, be in possession of NRSWA certification and ideally a First Aid qualification. A Trades or Engineering background is equally acceptable as long as you have clear written and oral communication skills.

With a turnover in excess of £40m, their success is based on understanding of their customer's requirements, then delivering on time and budget. They are an experienced infrastructure maintenance contractor capable of providing complete solutions for demanding clients.
