Job Description
Senior Cost Manager with commercial acumen required to work for a consultancy, on secondment to a client. They will be responsible for design, development and procurement budgets, whilst providing construction and cost advice for the development feasibility scheme, as well as introducing robust processes to enable its delivery. This role requires someone to liaise with the other quantity surveying consultants and communicate with all finance teams, reporting to the head of cost management
