Job Description
A Maintenance Contracts Manager is required to run a team of Mobile Engineers covering South and Central London.
The Contracts Manager will be required to secure new Maintenance Contracts from new and existing fit-out business carried out by the Group as well as management and coordination of Mobile and Static Engineers to cover PPM and Call outs for existing Contracts.
You will hold regular client meetings and provide monthly and quarterly client reports.
