Senior Enforcement Planner required to join this busy based local authority. Responsible for supervising the investigation of complaints in respect of breaches and alleged breaches of planning legislation, preparing reports and recommending appropriate action. Negotiating to secure acceptable outcomes where appropriate. Previous experience working within Planning Enforcement is essential. This role requires a car.
