Job Description
The successful candidate will be a member of the Planning Enforcement Team in a London Borough. The post holder will be responsible for processing a range of cases relating to the enforcement of planning control.
Processing will include functions such a the investigation of complaints of unauthorised development or breaches of conditions, providing advice to members of the public, consideration of the expediency of a range of enforcement options and drafting reports and enforcement notices in support of those considerations. This is an exciting Borough to work within and applicants should be confident, well versed in planning legislation and preferably with UK experience.
