Job Description

Our client, a gastro pub serving a traditional British menu is seeking a Sous Chef to work as part of a six person brigade. The restaurant serves up to a thousand covers a week. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a flair for cooking. He/she will have excellent managerial skills with the ability to support the current brigade of 6 people to ever increasing standards of excellence. A creative and energetic Chef, the successful applicant will in addition have previous Conference and Banqueting experience and be able embrace the opportunity to work with locally sourced ingredients. All candidates should be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary up to £28K per annum.
