Job Description
You will take responsibility for the organisation, delivery and project management of planned maintenance, repairs and decoration programmes.
In addition you will deal with property alteration projects and in identifying future programmes and projects under the direction of the Building Projects Team Leader. Directing contractors in the execution of works.
You will project manage existing contracts for Decent Homes improvement works and other programmed maintenance and alteration projects, checking quality, measuring quantity and performance, valuing work for interim valuations and payment, checking and negotiating settlement of final accounts.
