A Development Control Planning Officer is required by a Local Authority based in London. You must possess the ability to assess a full range of applications from domestic extensions to commercial and residential developments, advertisements to listed buildings, in the light of national and local planning policies. You will have a varied and challenging workload and the freedom to exercise considerable initiative to develop as a professional and an individual. The job is subject to variable grading according to experience and ability.
