Our Client, a Local Authority based in London, requires a Planning Enforcement Officer. You will be a vital part of the Appeals and Enforcement team, involved in the investigation and consideration of Enforcement related matters, including the processing of resulting retrospective planning applications. You will need to be capable of demonstrating considerable initiative professional judgement in potentially sensitive situations; you will negotiate and seek positive solutions when this is appropriate. The job is subject to variable grading according to experience and ability.
