This building services design consultancy has been around for over 50yrs and has well established offices in Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, Manchester, Reading, Brentwood, London City and the West End - London. They pride themselves in producing high quality work and try to show that by dealing with numerous prestigious projects and clients. Their projects cover a wide range of areas including healthcare, public sector, retail, residential, education, leisure, defence and historic. A couple of examples include the famous Grove Hotel in Watford and the prestigious 47 storey high-class residential New Providence Wharf in Canary Wharf, with both projects valued at over £100 million.

As a Building Services Design Engineer you be working in a team of about 14 - 20 people, depending on the office, along side other Electrical. You will be responsible for:
• A variety of projects from concept design to commissioning
• Producing a wide variety of mechanical and/or electrical designs (depending on your discipline) that include HVAC, boilers, plant rooms, cable sizing, cable tray sizing, fire alarms, lighting, pre-concept, concept etc.
• Supervising/managing more junior/intermediate engineers so that they work efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct/attend management, client and contractor meetings.
• Liaise with other Electrical, Mechanical and Public Health Design Engineers.
