Job Description
A well established organisation has an immediate requirement for a Commercial Estates Surveyor to work within a dedicated team delivering Estate Management for a varied portfolio, across East Anglia and the East midlands.
Ideally my client is looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor with a strong background in Estate Management. Typical areas of service delivery and advice include: acquisition & disposals, landlord & tenant work, rent reviews and lease renewals/terminations including dilapidations.
