One of the best known consultancies in the UK (based in the West End) seeks a commercial property manager to assist in managing a mixed portfolio of single and multi-let retail and prestige office premises within an existing team. the ideal person will have an understanding of commercial landlord and tenant legislation. Main duties will include the day to day liaison with tenants to ensure their queries and requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally, as well as assisting in dealing with tenants applications for assignment, sub-letting and alterations. Further responsibilities include: assist in the procurement of building surveys for the production of energy performance certificates; prepare reports and schedules for clients; assist with the preparation of service charge budgets and estimates of non-recoverable costs and to ensure rent review lease expiry and break option dates are notified to clients in good time. The relevant candidate must posses the adequate knowledge and/or qualification.
