Job Description
Our client is a leading International Consultancy with a strong retail asset / property management team who act on behalf of a blue chip client base. They require an experienced Management Surveyor to work on behalf of one of their key clients. The candidate will be responsible for the proactive asset and property management of retail portfolio including management of on site staff and financial management for service charges and budgeting.
The position is initially for 6 months and would suit someone with prior property management experience that can work unassisted and as a part of a dedicated team.
