Job Description

A reputable organisation is looking for a surveyor with a broad range of property expertise. The role will require strong client liaison and relationship management to ensure the service is delivered effectively and efficiently as possible. Your key areas of operational contribution will be: (a) Acquisition and disposals; (b) Sales; (c) Valuations; (d) Project work; (e) Landlord and tenant work; (f) Line management; (g) General management reports. The post holder will be required to work to a high standard of professional competence and efficiency; the ability to communicate effectively; have a strong commercial awareness.
