Our Client a reputable organization has an immediate requirement for a Rural Practice Surveyor. The post holder will be required to work to a high standard of professional competence and efficiency and the ability to communicate effectively.
The role will require strong client liaison and relationship management to ensure the service is delivered effectively and efficiently as possible. Your key areas of operational contribution will be: acquisitions, disposals, valuations, management and development of property farmland, woodland, and a number of tenanted houses and commercial buildings. Due to the nature of this role any applicants with a general Practice background will be considered although a Rural Surveyor is preferred, training and development is available if required.
