Job Description
A leading retailer has an immediate for a fixed term contract Asset Manager who will work alongside the Estates Manager advising the Company on asset management opportunities within the portfolio.
You will develop and implement the agreed business plan for individual properties including the management of external advisors. You will identify and pursue asset management opportunities in the Group Estate.
Ideally you will have experience in retail acquisition / disposal and estate management. Competitive packages are available with the potential of the contract to run for 12 months.
