A Local Authority based in Yorkshire requires a Development Control Planner on a 10 month contract basis likely to extend. Main duties include handling of major applications and associated appeal/inquiry work. Must have previous experience in a similar role. You will have a degree in Town Planning or equivalent and be a car owner and driver.
