Our Client, A Local Authority based in Hertfordshire is seeking a Development Control Team Leader on an initial 3 month You will ensure that applications and appeals throughout the District are processed efficiently and expeditiously. Responsible for undertaking senior supervisory, procedural and managerial functions in checking of applications, posts, decision making, monitoring other relevant duties. You will be handling major complex applications, attending committee meetings, providing advice on planning matters to council members and general public. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Town Planning and working within a local government development control area. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be a member of the Royal Town Planning institute. Must be car owner and driver.
