Job Description
Responsible for processing and evaluating major planning and related applications, undertaking site visits, negotiation with applicants, preparing reports and recommending appropriate actions. In addition you will be required to attend meetings, undertake planning appeals and prepare written statements to present at public hearings and inquiries. Previous experience gained within local authority Development Control is essential.
