Job Description
Our client requires an experienced senior professional to lead the estates and facilities team within a public sector organisation.
You will be responsible for:
· Leading and managing strategically and operationally, the estates and facilities services across QMS and Bromley Hospitals.
· Ensuring the effectiveness and appropriateness of the overall service delivery provided under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) schemes.
· The Estates and Facilities Director is the principal advisor on all land, property, Estates and facilities, development matters to the Chief Executive and the Trust Boards.
The role is for 12 months and you will ideally be MRICS qualified.
