Job Description
£45,000 to £55,000 per annum. This vibrant, internationally recognised practice based in the West End, is continually expanding its worldwide presence into developing markets. With an increasing portfolio in Russia, it is now looking for a Project Manager to work alongside the Associate Director on a variety of projects in this location.
With a wide reach across many market sectors, typically you will be responsible for Commercial, Retail and Mixed-Use projects, for which this practice has an enviable reputation.
Whilst working directly with the Design Associate, you will not be directly involved in the design process, but will be responsible for the team’s end product in response to all client and consultant requirements. Therefore, excellent design awareness, cultural sensitivity and a real team work ethic are essential. The right candidate will be an experienced Architect, with a working knowledge of Autocad, although you will not necessarily have to use it.
