Our Client is currently looking to find a Structural Engineer to take on responsibility of the detailed design for this new commercial head quarters and residential development. This Client is an internationally recognized brand in the cosmetics sector.

The project is a large brown fields development with removal of a disused stock and manufacturing warehouse. This development will include a new office head quarters and combine with a residential development across the rest of the site.

Previous design experience on residential developments and commercial projects is essential. Engineers should be degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering, Chartered status will be a significant advantage, although it is not essential.
