Job Description

These roles will suit candidates who can demonstrate an understanding and abilty to assess, negotiate and process major lpanning applications.

The successful candidate :

•Must have extensive direct, full-time experience of Town Planning in the UK.
•Experience of negotiating improvements to, acting as the case officer for and providing recommendations on a wide range of planning applications, applications for Listed Building Consent, etc.
•Experience of initiating and acting as the case officer for a wide range of enforcement action.
•Experience of presenting details of and recommendations on substantial and complex planning applications to Council Committees and other public meetings.
