Job Description
One of London's most prestigious borough councils urgently requires a Senior Development Control Officer to work on a caseload of major development applications. These will include large scale brownfield and new build mixed use developments encompassing 50 units or more. Additional duties will also include preparation of Committee reports and extensive liaison with architects and developers. Successful candidates will have acquired experience working as Development Control Officer in the UK on a minor to medium caseload.
