Job Description
This leading client organisation are in charge of the delivery of venues and infrastructure for major development in East London and they are actively looking for a Venues Project Manager.
As the Venues Project Manager you will play a central role in the delivery of these venues and represent the companies interest at stakeholder and project team meetings. You will provide input into team venue delivery strategies and coordinate the input from the design, risk, QS and functional area teams. To actively monitor, project manage and report on venue progress to ensure that operational needs are being met. Provide timelines to ascertain venue delivery critical paths and key days.
You background should be from a development/construction or a major event project management company. Experience in sport venue design, construction or operation would be an advantage.
You may have had monitoring of the design and construction in either from private or public sector. As the Venues Project Manager you will have experience of multiple stakeholders and project managing interfaces between them. Be confident in your ability and have excellent financial budgeting, management and control procedures.
