Working Foreman – Groundworks & Civils. Cambridge. New build Civils and RC projects.

The Requirement. This is an additional requirement for this London based Contractor as they continue to pick up work in the Cambridge area. This is likely to be one of many projects secured within this region as developments that were on hold are now released for construction.

The Role. Capable of organising the groundworks and infrastructure elements of a project with experience in excavation, drainage and all operations to DPC, mass concrete bases with HD bolts and associated works including hard and soft landscaping. You are likely to have a minimum of 5 years site experience with a minimum of 2 years in the UK, NRSWA and CSCS cards would be an advantage.

• Total structure demolition
• General Demolition
• Tower Block Deconstruction
• Pre-stressed & Post-tensioned concrete structures
• Mass & Reinforced concrete structures
• Industrial Dismantling
• Dangerous Structure/Emergency work
• Works involving Façade Retention
• Removal of substructures
• Licensed re-cycling and crushing at site
• Suppliers of Hardcore and Crushed/Processed concrete
• Sale of Re-cycled Building Materials
