Job Description
You will be capable of working on your own initiative, with minimal supervision and must be able to take on significant elements of the detailed mechanical design personally. Integrated team working with various design disciplines, clients, contractors and suppliers will be a major element of the role. Opportunities exist for developing technical skills and gaining increased responsibility for planning and managing delivery of projects in a supportive and learning environment.
· Knowledge of low voltage electrical distribution and motor control centre design.
· Understanding the principles of motors and motor starting.
· Protection and co-ordination of systems.
· Knowledge of PLC controls
· Competent in Excel and Word.
· Degree in Electrical Engineering
· Chartership or working towards Chartership
