A relaxed attitude is the defining character of our Brasserie within the hotel from our wide and varied menu. Our Brasserie restaurant provide a modern European food with a distinctly British influence.
Currently we have great opportunities for:
Commis Chef Β£14,000
Demi CDP Β£16,500
Chef de Partie Β£19,500
The ideal (Chefs) will have:
β’ Dynamic and friendly attitude
β’ Chefs Qualifications
β’ Reliable and consistent past experience in a similar role or within a Hotel / Restaurant
