Job Description
A recognised government body with a nationwide portfolio requires an estates surveyor to join their in-house property department. This is a demanding role and you must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritise your workload. You will have property management experience, commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a willingness to contribute towards developing strategic direction. Specific responsibilities will include:
• Lease renewals
• Rent reviews
• Licenses to alteration
• Valuations
• General managerial issues
