Job Description
Valuation surveyor vacancy now exists with a local authority in their Valuation & Property Services department. You will be handling various business and industrial estates, your duties will include:
• Valuations
• Lease renewals
• Property viewings
• Rent reviews
• Negotiation of lease terms and dealing with lease assignments
• Client relationship management
Ideally you will be degree qualified and have strong communication skills.
