Job Description
C&B Associates (Waiters) required for a 4* luxury Hotel located in Essex. Previous experience in C&B would be an advantage. Successful candidates will have knowledge of Event Service Operations with a broad understanding of facility management (sanitation, maintenance, operations). He/she will have a knowledge of menu planning, food presentation and banquet and event service operations with strong communication skills and effective conflict management skills. He/she will be able to demonstrate strong customer and associate relation skills together with strong organizing skills and effective decision making skills. Duties will include ensuring function rooms are set according to event documentation and customer requirements; establishing consistent standards for regular and VIP meeting room and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all banquet operations areas. All candidates should be innovative pro-active and reliable with the ability to work alone and within a team and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.Salary is minimum wage plus benefits.
