Job Description
In particular the focus for these individuals will be to work on a variety of high profile projects within their rail business (bridges).
The Principal Engineer will be responsible for looking after a team of 5 or 6 staff comprising a mixture of Senior Engineers, Engineers and Graduates. You should therefore possess team leadership skills, good communication skills (written and spoken), Commercial awareness and Technical Excellence. You should also have Project Management experience. Rail experience would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
